On the website of Belső és Társa Kft., you will find nearly our entire product range, which you can purchase online through our webshop or in person at 6 Rákosmező Street, Budapest 1152. If you cannot find the product you are looking for on our website, please contact us via one of our available channels. To maintain transparency, continuously expand our selection, and keep up with current trends, we update our website content regularly, meaning we certainly carry products that are part of our offering even if they are not currently listed online.

Registration

You can submit a quote request or an order in the webshop after registration and login. You can register and log in to your account ITT tud.

During registration, please select your field of activity from the options provided so that, if you subscribe to our newsletter, we can send you personalized offers exclusively for products relevant to you.

Cart

While browsing the online store, you can add our products to your cart after selecting the desired quantity and color.

To complete your order, you can choose between two options:

  1. Request a quote only: Select this option if you are inquiring about the price of the items in your cart. After submitting your request, we will send a detailed price quote to the provided email address within 1 business day. You can finalize your order later by accepting the quote.
  2. I order: Select this option if you are certain that you want to purchase the product (you are familiar with the product, the prices, you are a returning customer, etc.).

Thereafter, you can choose from the following delivery methods:

Delivery

  1. In-person pickup: You can also pick up the products in person at the headquarters of Belső és Társa Kft. (1152 Budapest, Rákosmező u. 6.). In this case, there are no shipping costs.
  2. GLS delivery: We deliver the products to you using the GLS courier service. The shipping cost is determined by the weight and value of the package, and the exact amount will be indicated in the order confirmation. Delivery takes place on the business day following dispatch.

Payment

Regarding payment, you can choose from two options:

  1. Bank transfer in advance: We expect the transfer of the amount indicated in the confirmation by the specified delivery deadline; otherwise, the order will be canceled within 1 week. If the transfer is received by 2:00 PM on a business day, the package will be dispatched the same day; otherwise, it will be shipped the following day.
  2. Cash on delivery: In addition to the shipping cost, a cash-on-delivery fee will be charged based on the value of the order. Payment to the courier is available only in cash.

Order confirmation

Submitted orders are processed and confirmed within 1 business day in all cases. The confirmation contains the ordered items, the shipping cost, and the estimated date of delivery. If you do not receive a confirmation, please send an email to belso@belso.hu or call us at one of our phone numbers.

When placing an order containing products with different delivery times, you have the option to request immediate delivery for in-stock items, or you can request delayed shipping, in which case the entire order will be dispatched together.
